How does the quoting process work?

The quoting process is instant and entirely automated for standard files (STL, OBJ, STEP). Once you upload your file, our system analyzes the geometry, calculates the volume and surface area, and provides a real-time indicative price based on the selected material, technology, and finish. For bespoke projects without a CAD file, our design team reviews your brief and provides a custom estimate.

What is the design and approval process?

We don't just hit print. Every order goes through a rigorous human review. If you submit a brief without a file, our designers will create the 3D model and share high-fidelity renders for your approval. Even if you provide the CAD file, we perform a pre-flight check to ensure it's manifold and optimized for the selected 3D printing technology. Nothing goes to the print farm without your final sign-off.

How do you ensure quality during production?

Quality control happens at three stages. First, the software slicing stage ensures proper support generation. Second, post-curing and support removal are handled by dedicated technicians to maintain strict tolerances (down to ±0.1mm for SLA). Finally, every batch is dimensionally verified against the original CAD file before being dispatched from our Pune facility.

When should you choose on-demand printing?

On-demand 3D printing is ideal for rapid prototyping, low-volume production runs (10-1,000 units), custom tooling, and architectural models. It minimizes upfront capital expenditure and allows for iterative design changes without the heavy cost of modifying steel molds.
